US Army used to have Android’s but not any more. Matthew Cox of Military.com’s DoD Buzz said on Friday that the iPhone 6S will become the service branch’s new tactical smartphone, citing an anonymous source. The source said “Android freezes up.” We don’t know when they will make the switch or if they have already made the switch but good luck to their transfer!
I personally had the iPhone 3G and then switched to Android until just recently when I switched to iOS. I felt like the iPhone was better made, better looking apps, and froze less.
We’ll see how everything goes though with the switch!
