It sucks when computer don’t work and sometimes it sucks even more when the internet doesn’t work. Many times, we just unplug the router and voila, it works again. It appears that Southwest Airlines has a much bigger issue than just unplugging something and plugging it back in.
The issue says to be an outage but we’re pretty sure engineers are still looking into it.

Southwest Airlines began experiencing intermittent performance issues earlier this afternoon with multiple technology systems as a result of an outage. We are now managing flight delays across our system. We apologize to our Customers whose travel plans are impacted.
We hope everything goes well with Southwest airlines and that flight schedules get back to normal again.
